CRITICAL USER AGREEMENT

BY USING UNDRESSME.AI, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT:

  • You have FULL CONSENT and AUTHORIZATION for all content you process
  • You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for your actions and any consequences
  • VORAVID is NOT LIABLE for misuse, illegal activity, or damages
  • We ONLY provide AI image and video processing tools as a service
  • You will comply with ALL applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VORAVID ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Prohibited Content - NCII Policy

Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII) are strictly prohibited.

You may not upload, generate, or distribute:

  • Images or videos of individuals without their explicit consent
  • Content depicting minors or appearing to depict minors
  • Content that violates any person's privacy rights
  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Gems Virtual Currency

Gem Definition:

  • "Gems" are virtual credits used within VORAVID to access generation features
  • 1 Gem has no real-world monetary value outside the Service
  • Gems are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Gem balances do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies

Gem Consumption:

  • Image editing (Undress/Bikini): 3 Gems per generation
  • Video generation: 9 Gems per generation
  • Daily free claim: 2 Gems per day (one claim per 24-hour period)

Gem Purchases:

  • Purchased through Telegram Stars or Card with Telegram
  • All sales are final unless generation fails due to system error
  • Failed generations result in automatic Gem refund within 24 hours

5. Take It Down Act 2025 Compliance

VORAVID complies with the Take It Down Act of 2025 regarding removal of intimate images.

If you believe content generated by our Service violates your rights:

  1. Email: service@voravid.com
  2. Subject line: "TAKE IT DOWN Request"
  3. Include: description of content, your identity verification, and basis for removal

We will review and respond to valid requests within 48 hours as required by law.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the user menu in the application interface. Upon deletion:

  • Your account data will be permanently removed
  • Remaining Gems will be forfeited
  • Generated content stored locally in your browser will remain accessible until you clear browser data
  • No refunds will be issued for unused Gems

7. Privacy and Data Storage

  • We store minimal user data (Google Sign-In credentials only)
  • Generated content is not uploaded to our servers
  • Results are stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) only
  • Temporary processing data is deleted from our servers within 24 hours

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload images you do not have rights to use
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute Service access
  • Generate content for commercial use without proper licensing

9. Service Availability

  • We provide the Service "as is" without guarantees of uptime
  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Priority access may be provided to Gem pack purchasers
  • Generation speed and quality may vary based on system load

10. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to images you upload
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
  • Generated outputs are provided for personal use
  • Commercial use of outputs requires appropriate licensing

11. Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unrealistic
  • We are not responsible for how you use generated content
  • The Service may produce unexpected or unintended results
  • You use the Service at your own risk

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VORAVID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles.
