Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for unused Gems purchased within the last 30 days. Once Gems are consumed, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for failed generations due to system error.
1. Refund Eligibility
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF:
- You purchased Gems within the last 30 days
- The Gems have NOT been used or consumed
- Your account is in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)
- You request the refund through service@voravid.com
YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF:
- You have already used any portion of the purchased Gems
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase
- Your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
- You received Gems as a gift, bonus, or daily free claim
2. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a system error on our side, Gems are automatically refunded within 24 hours. No manual request is required.
3. Refund Process
- Email service@voravid.com with your account email and transaction details
- We verify unused Gems and eligibility
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
4. Partial Usage
Once you use ANY Gems from a purchase, the remaining balance from that purchase is no longer eligible for refund.
5. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended and remaining Gems forfeited.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
